Personapro OÜ, registry code 14810197, address Liimi 1 Tallinn, Harjumaa 10621, Estonia (hereinafter the Seller), and the Client, who makes an order in the online shop www.personapro.ee and identifies themselves by entering their personal data in the the order form (hereinafter the Client), agree in the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions
1.1. The online shop www.personapro.ee (hereinafter the Online Shop) is an Internet shop established by the Seller via which
the Seller sells and the Buyer buys products offered by the Seller.
1.2. The relationships between the Parties shall be governed by the Law of Obligations Act, other laws and legal acts of the Republic of Estonia and these terms and conditions.
1.3. The Seller shall at any time have the right to change the content of the Online Shop, the products offered and the following terms and conditions. - Making
the purchase
2.1. All the products solt at the Online Shop are available at the Seller’s warehouse.
2.2. 3.3 If a product is out of stock, the Seller shall contact the Client and offer a possible new delivery time or replace the product with another equivalent product which has the same price and quality, or the money paid will be refunded. The money will be refunded to the Client immediately, but not later than 30 calendar days from making the order.
2.3. The Client shall choose the desired products from the Online Shop, fill in the order form and pay for the products via a suitable bank link.
2.4. The Client will be sent the order and payment confirmation to their e-mail address specified earlier.
2.5. The client must submit correct information in the order form, as these are necessary for performing the order. The Seller cannot he held liable for the non-fulfilment of an order or any consequences thereof if this was caused by the submission of incorrect data by the Client.
2.6. The order shall e performed when the Seller has received the order via the Online Shop and the Client has paid for the order. - Placing
an order
3.1. The Client’s cart will be created when they have included a product in their cart.
3.2. The Client may change the product amount in the cart, add new products and delete them. In order to place the order, the Client must click on the link “Order” anf then the Client will be directed to the order form.
3.3. If the Client has entered the necessary data in the order form and placed the order, they will be directed to the order confirmation and payment method selection page.
3.4. Personapro OÜ is the controller of the personal data.
3.5. Personapro OÜ forwards the personal data needed to execute payments to the processor,
Maksekeskus AS.
3.6. The Client can find the most suitable payment method via a Estonian bank link or credit card.
3.7. The payments are received in euros.

withdrawal of the Client
4.1. If the Client wishes to withdraw from the order after the order has been made and before the Seller has performed it, the Seller shall inform the Seller thereof in writing as soon as possible. The written notice must be e-mailed to info@personapro.ee.
4.2. If the aforementioned notice reaches the Seller before the Seller parforms the order, the Seller will refund the paid amount to the Client immediately, but not later than within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the order. The money will be refunded to the same current account from which it was paid to the Seller. - Returns
5.1. The products purchased from the Online Shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the products. The products can be returned within 14 days. The money will be refunded within 14 days.
5.2. The returned products must be free of defects, complete, in the original packaging and unused.
5.3. A message of relevant content must be e-mailed to info@personapro.ee in order to return the products.
5.4. The Client must pay the costs related to the return of products in the extent of 10 euros, unless the returned product did not correspond to the Client’s order.
5.5 If it becomes evident that a returned product does not comply with the conditions provided in clause 5.2, the money paid for the product will not be refunded to the Client and the returned product remains with the Seller until the Client pays for the costs related to returning the product. - Delivery
6.1. We use Italla SmartPOST parcel machines for delivering the products and you should receive the parcel within 3–5 days from making the order. The maximum delivery time is 14 days.
Personal data submitted by the Client
7.1. The Client shall give their consent to process their personal data upon filling the form.
7.2. The Client’s personal data submitted by the Client upon making the order that the Seller has become aware of shall be entered in the customer database and may be used for introducing new products of the Seller.
7.3. The Client’s personal data necessary for delivering the product to the Client shall be forwarded to the company providing the delivery service.
7.4. The Client may check their personal data, modify them or request that their personal data be removed from the customer database.
